
A study has ranked the 50 most dangerous US cities to live in, with one North Texas city cracking the top 10.
WalletHub's study looked at the murder cases per capita at the start of this year, compared to the rates in both 2020 and last year.
Of the cities ranked, four are located in North Texas.
Dallas finished 10th overall, with murder cases up 4.71 per 100,000 people.
Arlington and Fort Worth landed 38th and 39th with lower rates compared to 2020. Arlington is up a bit, compared to 2021.
Garland is 46th, or 5th best out of the 50 cities. Garland's murder rate dropped when compared to 2021.
