The NFL released its full 2023 schedule Thursday evening and the Texans are opening their regular season on the road Sunday, Sept. 10 against the Baltimore Ravens.

Houston's first home game at NRG Stadium will be in week two, when the Texans host the AFC South rival Indianapolis Colts on Sept. 17.

The Texans alternate away and home games for the first six weeks of the season, followed by the bye in week seven. In those games, Houston plays at the Jacksonville Jaguars, home against the Pittsburgh Steelers, at the Atlanta Falcons and home against the New Orleans Saints.

The bye week is followed by a trip Oct. 29 to the Carolina Panthers, where presumably Houston's No. 2 overall pick C.J. Stroud will battle against Carolina's No. 1 overall pick Bryce Young, the quarterbacks taken at the top of the draft. Then Houston hosts the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Nov. 5. The Texans travel to face the Cincinnati Bengals Nov. 12; host the Arizona Cardinals on Nov. 19; the Jaguars on Nov. 26; the Denver Broncos on Dec. 3 before back-to-back road games against the New York Jets on Dec. 10 and the Tennessee Titans on Dec. 17.

The Texans host the Cleveland Browns on Dec. 24 and the Titans on Dec. 31 before wrapping up the regular season at the Colts again, like last season.

All of these games except the Broncos are scheduled for noon CT. The Broncos game is at 3:05 p.m. CT, while the final game against the Colts is for a date and time to be determined.
