NFL Free Agency Tracker: The latest reported signings as legal tampering period begins

While NFL Free Agency doesn't officially kick off until Wednesday at 4 p.m., Monday marks the beginning of the legal tampering period.

Beginning at noon on Monday, teams began negotiating contracts with free agents. However, any deals negotiated cannot actually be signed until the official start of free agency.

With that in mind, check back here for the latest reported signings as the free agency frenzy (unofficially) begins.

2021 NFL Free Agent Signings:

CB William Jackson signs with the Washington Football Team

With Ronald Darby departing for Denver, Washington reportedly signs cornerback William Jackson to a three-year, $42 million deal. The 28-year-old corner has three career interceptions with one defensive touchdown, and registered 45 total tackles and one TFL for the Bengals in 2020. Jackson was a first-round pick (24th overall) by Cincinnati in 2016.

WR Marvin Jones signs with the Jaguars

Jacksonville is expected to sign former Lions wide receiver Marvin Jones, per Ian Rapoport. It is a two-year, $14.5 million deal ($9.2 million fully guaranteed), per ESPN's Adam Schefter.

QB Andy Dalton signs with the Bears

Chicago and quarterback Andy Dalton have agreed to a one-year, $10 million deal, per Adam Schefter. Dalton can earn an extra $3 million in incentives.

QB Tyrod Taylor signs with the Texans

Houston has agreed to a deal with quarterback Tyrod Taylor. Adam Schefter says it is a one-year deal worth up to $12.5 million.

WR John Ross signs with the Giants

Former Bengals first-round pick John Ross has joined the Giants on a one-year, $2.5 million deal, per Mike Garafolo.

DL Leonard Williams re-signs with the Giants

Drafted by the Jets and traded to the Giants, defensive lineman Leonard Williams has committed to Big Blue on a three-year, $63 million deal that includes $45 million fully guaranteed, per Adam Schefter.

OT Ty Nsekhe signs with the Cowboys

Ty Nsekhe and the Cowboys have agreed to a one-year deal, per his agent.

OLB Derek Rivers signs with the Texans

Outside linebacker Derek Rivers joins Houston on a one-year deal worth $1.3 million, per Ian Rapoport.

OL Zach Banner re-signs with the Steelers

Pittsburgh keeps offensive lineman Zach Banner on a two-year, $9.5 million contract, per NFL Network's Aditi Kinkhabwala.

CB Shaquill Griffin signs with the Jaguars

Former Seahawks cornerback Shaquill Griffin agreed to a three-year, $44.5 million deal with the Jaguars ($29 million guaranteed), per Adam Schefter.

CB Mike Hilton signs with the Bengals

Cornerback Mike Hilton leaves the Steelers for the Bengals on a four-year, $24 million deal, per Ian Rapoport.

TE Chris Manhertz signs with the Jaguars

Former Panthers tight end Chris Manhertz will ink a two-year, $7.25 million deal, including $4.25 million guaranteed, with the Jacksonville Jaguars, per Schefter.

CB CJ Goodwin signs with the Cowboys

Dallas has agreed to terms with cornerback CJ Goodwin on a two-year deal for $3.5M ($2M guaranteed), per Ian Rapoport.

OLB Tyus Bowser re-signs with the Ravens

DT Dalvin Tomlinson signs with the Vikings

Former Giants defensive tackle Dalvin Tomlinson has agreed to a two-year, $22 million deal with the Minnesota Vikings. He will earn $20 million guaranteed, per Ian Rapoport.

EDGE Carl Lawson signs with the Jets

The New York Jets have agreed to terms with former Bengals pass rusher Carl Lawson on a three-year, $45 million deal with $30 million guaranteed, per Ian Rapoport.

DE Trey Hendrickson signs with the Bengals

After losing Carl Lawson to New York, Cincinnati has signed Trey Hendrickson from New Orleans to a four-year, $60 million deal with $32 million in the first two years, per NFL Network.

EDGE Bud Dupree signs with the Titans

Bud Dupree, who became of the Steelers' most productive pass rushers and one of the top players on the market, has signed a five-year deal with the Titans, per NFL Network. The deal will pay him $85 million with $35 million guaranteed.

QB Jameis Winston re-signs with the Saints

The Saints, who saw Drew Brees retire earlier this week, have reached an agreement to keep QB Jameis Winston in New Orleans, per Shams Charania. It is a one-year deal worth up to $12 million, per Schefter.

OL Matt Feiler signs with the Chargers

Former Steelers offensive lineman Matt Feiler reached an agreement on a three-year deal worth $21 million with the Los Angeles Chargers, per Schefter.

OT Kendall Lamm signs with the Titans

Former Browns offensive tackle Kendall Lamm is signing a two-year, $8.5 million deal with the Titans, per Ian Rapoport.

FB/TE Cethan Carter signs with the Dolphins

Miami has landed former Cincinnati fullback/tight end Cethan Carter on a three-year deal worth $7.8 million ($2.7 million guaranteed), per NFL Network.

DL Henry Anderson signs with the Patriots

New England's free-agent frenzy continues as they have agreed to a two-year deal with former Jets defensive lineman Henry Anderson, per NFL Network. The deal is worth $7 million and Anderson can earn up to $11 million with playtime incentives.
