(WWJ) Authorities believe a body found in a burning car on Detroit's west side may be that of a missing man from Rochester Hills.
Investigators now have two "persons of interest" in custody in connection with the case, Detroit Police said, Wednesday afternoon.

The body was found early Wednesday morning in the trunk of a black 2018 Chevy Impala that had been set ablaze near I-96 and Outer Drive.
Police said the body was burned beyond recognition.
The car, however, was more easy to identify and has since been linked by investigators to a missing persons case out of Oakland County.
Just after 2 a.m. Wednesday, Oakland County Sheriff's deputies responded to call to a home on Norfolk, near W. Hamlin Rd., in Rochester Hills.
A female resident told deputies that her 30-year-old live-in boyfriend had been missing for 24 hours. His cell phone goes straight to voicemail, and this is totally out of character for him, she said.
The missing man, who works at an auto body shop in Westland, was last seen driving his girlfriend's black 2018 Impala — which the woman said was also missing.
When OCSO detectives began to investigate, they found that the car was being held by the Detroit Police Department in a homicide investigation.
The body in the trunk has not yet been positively identified, and it's not yet clear how the person inside of it died, as the investigation continues. No details have been released about the persons of interest in custody.
