NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Two movies hitting theaters this weekend have emerged as standouts: "Drunk Parents" and "Breakthrough."

"Drunk Parents" stars Alec Baldwin and Salma Hayek as a "lower upper-class" couple who get a visit from the repo man shortly after sending their daughter off to college. Apparently their wealth is less secure than they thought, so now they must scramble to pay the bills. Let the shenanigans ensue.....(so, yes, it's a comedy).

At the other end of the spectrum is "Breakthrough," a faith-based film based on the true story about a Missouri boy, John Smith, who fell through a frozen pond in 2015, and was pulled out without a pulse. After lots of prayer by his parents Joyce and Brian Smith, played by Chrissy Metz and Josh Lucas, he surprisingly wakes up after not having a pulse for 45 minutes in the hospital. Topher Grace plays the family's pastor.

Metz performed "I'll Stand With You" from the film's soundtrack at the 54th Academy of Country Music Awards earlier this month alongside Carrie Underwood, Lauren Alaina, Maddie & Tae and Mickey Guyton.

Watch "Entertainment Tonight" host Kevin Frazier and 1010 WINS' David Caplan in the video above giving the low-down on these two movies.
