NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A woman is in custody after police discovered a man that was stabbed to death on the Upper West Side Monday night.
Shortly after 9 p.m., officials repsonded to a call for an assault inside of 646 Amsterdam Avenue.
Police arrested 44-year-old Tracy McCarter, who police say lives in the building.
McCarter was charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
Officials have not released the vitcim's name.
The investigation is ongoing.
