Apple Store shoppers pushed to ground, robbed across Manhattan: police

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – Apple Store shoppers across Manhattan were targeted by robbers on the street in a weeks-long spree, police said.

The shoppers had recently left Apple Stores in Chelsea, Greenwich Village, the Upper East Side or the Upper West Side before they were robbed by the suspects, according to police.

The victims were pushed to the ground and their Apple products were stolen, police said.

The robberies occurred between June 30 and July 22. Police said no serious injuries were reported.

One of the suspects was seen getting into a white BMW with a possible Texas temporary plate, police said.
