NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Cops are trying to figure out the identity of a man found floating in the water near the Brooklyn Army Terminal last week.

The man has tattoos on his left arm that include a money bag, boxing gloves, and the words 'Cheat to Win.'
The man is described as black, 6' tall, 320 lbs, and between 30 and 40-years-old.
He was wearing a red Casio watch and yellow and black Nike sneakers.
The medical examiner is expected to determine a cause of death.
