NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A Bronx man was arrested after livestreaming himself firing bullets into the air in order to impress his girlfriend.
Raul Agosto, 38, discharged a .22 caliber Mossberg rifle at approximately 4:30 a.m. last Friday.
Officers caught him on Webster Avenue and found the gun in his duffel bag, NYPD commissioner James O'Neill said on Twitter.
Agosto is charged with three counts of criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of a firearm, reckless endangerment and unlawful possession of an ammunition feeding device.
