HARTFORD, CT (1010 WINS) -- Connecticut didn't report any new COVID-19 deaths on Wednesday, but its positivity rate ticked up above 1 percent.
Of the 15,312 COVID-19 tests that came back on Tuesday, 180, or 1.2 percent, were positive, Lamont tweeted Wednesday. On Tuesday, the governor reported a 0.58 percent positivity rate.
As of Tuesday, 57 people in the state were hospitalized with COVID-19, down by two from Monday, he said.
A total of 52,220 COVID-19 tests in Connecticut have now come back positive, and 4,463 people have died of complications related to the virus, health department data shows.
