NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A cyclist was struck and killed by an unknown vehicle at 45th Street and 8th Ave during the height of morning rush in Manhattan.
Sanitation truck driver Jaquon Hopkins Miller saw the man lying in the intersection as people took smartphone video.
"He's laying on the floor and there's about seven people around him, nobody is helping him out," he said. "I stopped the truck, my partner gets out, I call 911."
Cops are reviewing surveillance footage to track down whoever is responsible. There were no eyewitnesses to the accident.
