NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – An off-duty New York City firefighter was arrested Thursday night for allegedly using a cell phone to look up a woman's skirt, according to authorities.
FDNY firefighter Gary Pandolfino, 46, was arrested and charged with unlawful surveillance at Lexington Avenue and East 52nd Street at about 9 p.m.
A witness allegedly spied him looking under a woman's skirt.
Pandolfino allegedly saw the witness and tried to get rid of the phone, but the witness saw and reported it, police say.
