NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A 54-year-old man pleaded guilty to assault Thursday for hurling homophobic slurs and sucker punching a woman and fracturing her spine in an attack last November on an E train in Queens.

Allasheed Allah pleaded guilty to one count of third-degree assault as a hate crime, according to a release from the Queens District Attorney's Office.

Allah will be sentenced on Nov. 7.

Judge Mary Bejarano reportedly indicated that Allah would received a one-to-three-year prison sentence.

Allah argued with the 20-year-old victim at the 71st Street stop in Forest Hills when he saw the victim's female friend kiss her on the cheek, the Queens DA said in its release.

"Kiss her again you d**** bitch!" Allah shouted at the pair, according to the release.

The woman exited the train but Allah followed them and then struck the victim.

"This kind of hate-inspired assault is intolerable and we won't stand for it here in Queens County – the most diverse county in the country," Acting DA John Ryan said in a news release. "The defendant will go to prison as a result of this vicious attack."
