VIDEO: Man sought for robbing, raping masseuse inside Queens spa

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are searching for a man accused of robbing and raping a masseuse Monday evening in Queens.

Just before 5 p.m., officials say the suspect entered the 'Vivi Massage Spa' located at 134-10 Jamaica Avenue where he was instructed to go into room #2 and await the masseuse.

A 45-year-old female masseuse entered the room, at which time police say the suspect brandished a knife and demanded money.

The victim complied, giving the man $100 cash.

Authorities say the suspect then proceeded to forcibly rape the victim before fleeing the location to parts unknown.

EMS transported the victim to NYC Health & Hospitals/Queens where she was treated and released.

Police describe the suspect as an adult man, approximately 30-years-old, 6'0" tall, with a medium complexion and weighing approximately 200 lbs.

He has a large build and is partially bald with short dark hair. Officials say he was last seen wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, blue sweatpantsand white sneakers.Anyone with information is urged to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-8477.
