NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Officials released surveillance late Monday night of a man wanted in connection to a sex abuse incident that occurred in the Bronx over the weekend.
According to officials, at 11 p.m. on Sunday, a 26-year-old woman was returning home when she was approached by an unknown man who then followed her into her building near Elder Avenue and Watson Avenue in the Soundview area.
Once inside, police said the suspect attempted to remove the victim's shirt but the victim fought back, causing the man to flee the building on foot to parts unknown.
The victim was not injured and refused medical attention at the scene.
Officials describe the suspect as a male Hispanic, about 20-30 years of age.
