NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A man was wounded Monday in a broad-daylight shooting off Madison Avenue in Manhattan, police said.
The victim was shot on East 28th Street in NoMad just before 12:30 p.m. The scene is about two blocks north of Madison Square Park.
The victim was transported to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue. His condition wasn’t immediately known.
It appeared some sort of altercation led up to the shooting, and sources told 1010 WINS it wasn't random.
