NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- It's not the Golden Globes per se, but globes are the stars of Broadway today.
The "Show Globes," a holiday-season celebration of Broadway, launched in Times Square on Friday.
They're about 10 feet high and are glass encased, 1010 WINS' Juliet Papa reported.
The Show Globes were put together by the Times Square Alliance and will be on display through Dec. 26 on the Broadway Plaza between 44th and 45th Streets.
