NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police on Thursday arrested a man seen wearing a "Punisher" T-shirt while hurling rocks with profanities written on them at the windows of WABC-TV Studios on the Upper West Side earlier this week.

Just after 5 p.m., officials cuffed Jerry Velez, 21, and charged him with criminal mischief in connection with the Wednesday afternoon incident.

"Great job by our very own eagle eyed Neighborhood Coordination Officers Etter and Solis! While on patrol today in the #2️⃣0️⃣PctPct, they recognized this perpetrator from his Wanted Flyer and arrested him without incident before he could strike again. #ItsWhatWeDo," police wrote on Twitter.

According to police, Velez threw a rock at the front window and another at a southeast side window of the studio on Columbus Avenue near West 66th Street just after noon, cops said.

One rock recovered on the scene had "F**k U ABC 7" written on it and the other with the message "Whore 666," the New York Post reports.

The same day, Velez, who lives in a Chelsea NYCHA development, was charged with a criminal mischief charge for allegedly damaging a WPIX camera in front of 10 Hudson Yards officials said.
