NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A vehicle that jumped the curb on Southern Boulevard in the Crotona section of the Bronx struck 6 people standing outside the Friendship Communtiy Church.
The Honda CRV flipped over after hitting the steps of the church, injuring both adults and an 11-year-old child just before 4:30 p.m. near the intersection of Garden Street.
"They looked like they were hurt pretty bad to me" one onlooker said.
According to a tweet from Citizen's app, nine ambulances were called to the scene.
None of the injuries are considered life threatening.The cause of the accident remains unclear.
