
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Two people were struck by trains in separate incidents on Friday night, the MTA announced.
A person was struck by a train at the 110 Street Station Central Park North on Friday evening, prompting delays and rerouting of the 1,2, and 3 trains.
"Unfortunately, this report is confirmed," the MTA tweeted." "Service changes are coming shortly. Please stay tuned."

A second person was struck at the Hoyt-Schermerhorn Street station in Brooklyn around 7:50 p.m.
"A/C trains are delayed in both directions in Brooklyn while we get medical assistance for someone who was struck by a train at Hoyt - Schermerhorn Sts," The MTA tweeted.
"1,2 and 3 trains are delayed and/or re-routed in both directions because someone was struck by a train at Central Park North (110 St)," the MTA later announced.
2 trains would be running on the 5 line in both directions between Nevins Street in Brooklyn and 149 St-Grand Concourse in the Bronx and 3 train departures from Harlem-148 St are temporarily suspended.
3 train departures from New Lots Avenue in Brookly will be running less frequent, and uptown trains will end at either Times Sq-42 St, 96 St, or 137 St-City College on the 1 line, where they will turn around for Brooklyn-bound service.
