NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Officials are investigating after a man was fatally shot outside a Queens supermarket Wednesday night.Police say the 45-year-old man was standing outside the Key Food Supermarket located on Rockaway Beach Blvd. at Beach 88th Street in the Rockaway Beach section, just after 6:15 p.m. when a gunman opened fire, and hit the victim in the torso and arms.EMS transported the man to Jamaica Hospital, where he died.
Authorities were looking for a red GMC truck that fled the scene, and were reviewing video from the supermarket.
An investigation remains ongoing.
