NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – The NYPD released video Saturday showing a man pulling a knife on a Bronx pharmacy clerk for $150 in cash and protein drinks.
The suspect walked into the Rosedale Pharmacy on E. 174th Street in the Soundview section on Wednesday evening and threatened the clerk with a wood-handled knife, police said.
He then demanded money from the clerk—but the employee refused to hand over any cash.
The suspect ultimately grabbed $150 from the register and a box of Ensure protein drinks before fleeing the business, police said.
No one was injured in the robbery, according to police.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
