NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- NYPD released a video on Wednesday night of a man who they say was seen by witnesses inappropriately touching himself near a Brooklyn playground.
Police say at approximately 2:00 p.m. on September 23, a 51-year-old male witness at a Bay Ridge park located on the corner of Shore Parkway and 99th Street confronted the suspect.
That confrontation escalated into a physical altercation and the suspect punched the witness before fleeing in unknown direction.
The witness was not injured and refused medical attention.
