Yellow cab crashes into Queens subway station, 1 injured

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A yellow taxicab jumped the curb, crashing into the entrance of a subway station in Queens.The incident occurred just before 6 a.m. on  Monday at Hillside Avenue and 169th in Jamaica.The driver of the yellow cab is believed to have been injured in the crash according to ABC-TV.

Police taped off the northwest corner of the F train entrance at the 169th Street station as MTA workers cleaned up the scene.

The trains remained on schedule.The cause of the crash is under investigation.
