JERSEY CITY, N.J. (1010 WINS) -- A large fire continues to burn at a scrap metal facility in Jersey City with thick billowing smoke that could be seen in Upper Manhattan as well as the Bronx.
The blaze broke out at Sims Metal Management on Linden Avenue shortly before 11 p.m. Monday and continued burning overnight, officials said.

The two-alarm fire appears to be partially under control, but firefighters will continue to fully put out the flames.
No injuries have been reported.
Officials will investigate what sparked the blaze.
