NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A 17-year-old girl was shot in the face at a party near St. Mary's Park in the Bronx early Sunday morning when an unidentified person opened fire into the crowd, according to police.
The shooting happened near the intersection of Trinity Avenue and 147th Street around 3:40 a.m., authorities said.
The suspect fled, and police have not yet made any arrests.
EMS rushed the victim to Lincoln Hospital in stable condition.
An NYPD investigation is ongoing.
