NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – Two men were shot in Queens on Sunday night following a dispute over a parking spot, according to police.
Officers responded to a 911 call around 8:30 p.m. and found two men with gunshot wounds near 79th Avenue in Kew Gardens Hills.
Police said a 41-year-old man was shot once in the leg, while a 34-year-old man sustained a gunshot wound to his left foot. Both were transported to Jamaica Hospital and are in stable condition.
The shooting happened after a dispute over a parking spot, according to police.
Alan Rodriguez, 22, was arrested after allegedly shooting the two men, who were the driver and passenger of a car that had parked in a spot Rodriguez wanted, according to police.
No firearms were recovered at the scene.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
