NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) – The NYPD released images of two suspects Wednesday in the near-fatal shooting of a man who was shot in the face at a Brooklyn grocery store last week.
Photos show two men, the suspected shooter and his accomplice, around the time of last Thursday's shooting inside a store at Bainbridge Street and Malcom X Boulevard in Bedford-Stuyvesant.
The 29-year-old victim was in a dispute with the men inside the store at 9:30 p.m. when one of them pulled a gun and repeatedly fired shots, striking him multiple times in the face and body, police said.
EMS rushed him to NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County, where he was listed in critical but stable condition with gunshot wounds to his face, chest and arm.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
