NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Three people were injured when an ambulance and a box truck collided in the Bronx Tuesday morning, authorities said.

At about 6:30 a.m., the FDNY received a call for a motor vehicle accident at Pelham Parkway South and Williamsbridge Road in Morris Park.


Video posted to Citizen App shows the box truck overturned in the crash.

The box truck driver and two ambulance workers were injured in the collision.

They were all transported to NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi with non-life-threatening injuries.

The cause of the crash is unclear and an investigation is ongoing.
