NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A Manhattan urologist accused of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old patient and intern was accused of similar abuse by four more men, one of whom was also a minor at the time, according to court documents.

Dr. Darius Paduch, 55, masturbated, groped, penetrated and showed pornography to his victims under the guise of appropriate medical treatment, according to records reviewed by the New York Post.

Four of his alleged victims say they were abused at NewYork-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center, and the fifth says he was abused at Northwell Health where Paduch is still employed.

His first accuser sued the doctor in December, claiming Paduch abused him as a patient and then as a student intern when he was 16-years-old.

One of the new accusers said he turned down an internship opportunity offered by Paduch after he was abused as a patient at 14 years old.

The lawsuit claims Paduch demonstrated a pattern of soliciting high school internships in order to further abuse teenagers.

The three other lawsuits accuse Paduch of sexually assaulting them as adults.

They claim NewYork-Presbyterian and Northwell Health were both aware of allegations against Paduch but failed to take action.

A worker at NewYork-Presbyterian allegedly filed a human resources complaint against the doctor in 2012.

Each of the men are seeking unspecified damages.
