NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — An arrest has been made in connection with a fatal Bronx shooting after three months, the NYPD announced on Tuesday.
Detectives arrested 27-year-old Anthony Riser in connection to the shooting death of Richard Spigner, 28, that took place on Saturday, Dec. 21, in West Farms.
Spigner was discovered by police with a gunshot wound to the face and chest just outside his home, and was subsequently pronounced dead at Saint Barnabas Hospital.
Riser was charged with murder, manslaughter, and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon.
The investigation remains ongoing.
