Dylan, now 81, is accused of abusing the victim multiple times, including some times at the Chelsea Hotel, located on West 23rd Street in Manhattan.
The alleged victim is only identified as "J.C." who is now a 68-year-old Greenwich, Connecticut resident.
“Bob Dylan, over a six-week period between April and May of 1965 befriended and established an emotional connection with the plaintiff,” says the documents.
The suit details Dylan’s alleged use of drugs, alcohol and threatening violence, which the victim says still scar her decades later.
The suit claims Dylan established “connection” to “lower [J.C.’s] inhibitions with the object of sexually abusing her, which he did, coupled with the provision of drugs, alcohol and threats of physical violence, leaving her emotionally scarred and psychologically damaged to this day.”
The allegations brought up include battery, false imprisonment and infliction of emotional distress, according to the Post. They are seeking a jury trial and an unknown amount in damages.
