NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) – Police on Tuesday released surveillance footage of a trio of suspects wanted for robbing a teen boy of his sneakers at gunpoint in the Bronx over the weekend.
Just after 7 p.m. on Saturday, May 11, a 16-year-old boy was walking in the courtyard at 365 East 163rd St. in Concourse Village when the three suspects approached him from behind officials said.
One of the suspects brandished a firearm and demanded the victim's sneakers and sweatshirt.
The trio stole the victim's belongings and then fled on foot southbound along Park Avenue toward East 162nd Street.
