NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A Bronx man has been charged with manslaughter nearly nine months after getting into a crash that killed his three passengers in Westchester County, prosecutors said Wednesday.

Yordany Bautista Hernandez, 20, was driving a Toyota Camry down the Cross County Parkway in Mount Vernon at 119 mph on Sept. 25 when he hit a guard rail and rolled over, the Westchester County District Attorney's office said in a press release.

Bautista Hernandez' three passengers — Maria Vasquez Guzman, 16, of the Bronx; Garibaldi Reyes Jerez, 22, of Manhattan; and John Pena Martinez, 24, of the Bronx — were killed in the crash, the DA's office said.

He was indicted on three counts of second-degree manslaughter on Monday, according to the DA's office.

"This tragedy has caused enormous sadness and pain for the families and loved ones of the three victims," District Attorney Miriam Rocah said in a statement. "We hope that our efforts to hold the driver accountable for his reckless actions will help bring them some peace and closure."

Bautista Hernandez' attorney information wasn't immediately available Wednesday.
