NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A baby boy who was found unconscious inside a Brooklyn home on Wednesday died of "brain bleeds and retinal hemorrhages" at a nearby hospital, according to a report.
The 6-week-old baby was found inside a home on East 32nd Street, near Snyder Avenue, in Flatbush around 5:30 a.m. on Wednesday, the New York Post reported.
Health care workers who pronounced the baby dead at SUNY Downstate Hospital determined he suffered "multiple brain bleeds," the outlet reported.
It wasn't immediately clear who found the baby inside the home, according to the outlet. An investigation is ongoing.
