NEW YORK (1010 WINS/WCBS 880) – A 61-year-old bystander was among two men shot in the lobby of a Queens building early Tuesday.
The gunfire erupted around 1 a.m. during a dispute between a 28-year-old man and two other men inside the lobby of 162-01 71st Ave. in Pomonok, police said.
The 28-year-old man was shot in the back, while the bystander—who police said was in the wrong place at the wrong time—was shot in the arm.

The two suspects fled the scene on foot and were still being sought Tuesday.
The victims were transported to an area hospital, both in stable condition.
The relationship between all of those involved wasn't immediately clear.
The scene is just two blocks away from the 107th Precinct stationhouse.
The shooting came a day after a father and son were shot to death in a fourth-floor hallway of a Brooklyn apartment building—allegedly by a neighbor upset about noise.
