NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — "Chicago," the long-running Broadway musical, canceled two more performance dates this week after several workers at the venue tested positive for COVID-19.

The move comes two days after the Tony-winning revival announced Saturday it would cancel its evening performance at Times Square’s Ambassador Theater after two workers tested positive with breakthrough cases.
Now performances have been canceled for Monday and Tuesday as well. No cast members have tested positive at this time.
The show said it originally planned to resume shows on Monday after the two workers' positive tests.
"'Chicago’ follows strict industry protocols with the safety of everyone a priority," the musical's producers said in a statement on Saturday.
The show it's expected to resume Thursday, with a scheduled day off on Wednesday.
