Citi Bike rider sought for fracturing pedestrian's skull, eye in Flatiron hit-run

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police on Wednesday released a photo of a e-bike rider sought for striking a man and fracturing his skull and eye, then leaving the scene in Manhattan last week.

At approximately 12:38 p.m. on Thursday, September 21, the man was riding a Citi Bike in the vicinity of 5th Avenue and East 21 Street in Flatiron when he struck the victim.

The victim sustained a fractured skull, fractured right eye and bruising to the body.

The cyclist fled to parts unknown on the Citi E-bike. He was last seen wearing black shorts, white sneakers, and black t-shirt.
