NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD is looking to identify a man and a woman who robbed a senior at a Queens park then got into a physical altercation with him late last month, authorities said.
Just before 4 p.m. on Sunday, November 28, a 75-year-old man was approached by the two suspects and then pushed to the ground inside of Queensbridge Park near Vernon Boulevard and 40th Avenue in Long Island City.
According to police, the female physically restrained the victim's arms from behind, while the male went into his pocket and removed his wallet, which contained a debit card and $20 cash.
The couple then fled the location on foot heading toward a deli located at 10-03 40th Avenue.

The victim pursued the individuals and confronted the woman inside of the deli as she was attempting to use the victim's debit card at an ATM, the NYPD said.
A physical altercation ensued between the two, and the woman fled the location along with the man, who was waiting outside as a lookout, police said.

The victim was not injured and refused medical attention at the scene.
Officials on Friday released surveillance photos of the two suspects obtained from the deli.
Anyone with information in regard to this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
