
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police are searching for a man and woman accused slashing a man during a robbery on a Bronx street last week.
At about 2 a.m. on May 12, the 31-year-old victim was approached by the couple outside 350 East 152nd St. in Melrose, authorities said.
According to officials, one of the suspects pulled out a knife and slashed the victim in the chest while the other suspect robbed the victim of his phone, wallet and sneakers.
The duo fled on foot in an unknown direction.
The victim was taken to an area hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
The male suspect was last seen wearing a black tank top, dark-colored pants and black and white sneakers. The woman was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black sneakers.
