NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A court officer died by suicide inside a court building in lower Manhattan on Monday, according to a report.
The officer shot himself in the head in the bathroom of Manhattan’s family court around 3:10 p.m. on Monday, sources told the New York Post.
He was pronounced dead at the scene, the outlet reported. His name and age weren’t immediately released.
The NYPD couldn’t immediately confirm the man’s death or provide any details about the incident.
