NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A public memorial will be held for DMX at Brooklyn's Barclays Center on Saturday April 24, according to the rapper's former manager.
Steve Rifkind told TMZ that the send-off's logistics are still a work-in-progress, including the number of people who will be allowed in the venue and how ticketing will work.
The following day, on Sunday, April 25, there will be a funeral service for his family and close friends at an undisclosed NYC church.
DMX, a Yonkers native, died April 9 at age 50, after suffering “catastrophic cardiac arrest,” according to a statement from the hospital in White Plains.
