NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – Another person has reportedly been arrested by the FBI in New York City in connection with the deadly Capitol siege earlier this month.

Samuel Fisher was arrested on the Upper East Side, near East 90th Street and York Avenue, on Wednesday morning, a law enforcement source told WNBC.

Charges were filed against the 35-year-old in U.S. District Court in Washington for his alleged involvement in the Capitol breach, the source said.

Fisher was expected to appear in Manhattan federal court on Wednesday via teleconference, according to the report.

The arrest comes a day after former city firefighter Thomas Fee surrendered to face charges in Washington of disorderly conduct and entering a restricted building without permission during the Jan. 6 riot.

Brendan Hunt, an analyst for the New York court system who was not in Washington during the siege, was also charged with making online threats calling for the murder of lawmakers, including high-profile Democrats Nancy Pelosi, Charles Schumer and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

The arrests followed that on Monday of Nicolas Moncada, a 20-year-old Staten Island resident also accused of participating in the breach of the U.S. Capitol and bragging about it on social media.

Dozens of people have been arrested across the U.S. in the weeks since the Capitol siege.

The Associated Press contributed to this report.
