Girl, 14, 'inappropriately touched' aboard Staten Island MTA bus: report

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A 14-year-old girl was “inappropriately touched” by a man while riding on a bus on Staten Island Monday afternoon, transit sources told the New York Post.

The incident happened just after 4:30 p.m. at the corner of Marsh Avenue and Ring Road in New Springville, according to the report.

The teen exited the bus at the following stop following the incident and she then told an MTA employee who was at the stop where she exited, about the incident and left with her adult guardians, the Post added.

Both NYPD and EMS responded to the scene. The girl refused medical attention.

There have been no arrests made.
