NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police released photos of a man accused of repeatedly groping and following another man on a Queens bus over the weekend.

It happened just after 5 p.m. on Sunday, July 27, as the 20-year-old victim was sitting aboard a Q98 bus approaching the corner of Main Street and Sanford Avenue in Flushing. The suspect sat next to him and began to touch his right thigh and private area, officials said.

After the victim stood up and moved to the back of the bus, the suspect followed him and continued touching him, authorities said.

The victim then exited the bus stop at Main Street and Sanford Avenue, while the suspect remained on the bus.

The suspect is believed to be approximately 50 to 60 years of age and was last seen wearing a multicolored shirt, black shorts and black sneakers.

Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS.
