
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The NYPD is searching for a group of males wanted in connection with a string of robberies in uptown Manhattan in the span of two weeks.

Two incidents occurred in front of 10 Park Terrace East on 215th Street. The first was on Feb. 3, just after 5 p.m. when a 40-year-old man was approached by a group of seven males who pushed him to the ground and kicked him multiple times in the head and body before taking his cellphone and $20. The victim was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
The second Park Terrace robbery happened on Feb. 8 at 7 p.m. when a 32-year-old man was approached by a group of seven while walking on the street. The group punched him multiple times and stole his cell phone and headphones, cops said. The victim suffered minor injuries.
Police said another man was robbed while delivering food inside of 60 Cooper Street on Feb 6. Four individuals pushed the man to the ground, stealing $200 dollars and punching him in the face multiple times.
Days later, on Feb. 11, at around 4 p.m. a 30-year-old man was approached by a group of four individuals near 3579 Harlem River Drive where they threatened him and demanded his property. They then robbed him of his wallet containing multiple credit and debit cards and fled the scene, authorities said. No injuries were reported.
Cops said just four days later a 20-year-old victim was robbed at the corner of Seaman Avenue and Isham on Feb. 15 at 7 p.m. The group of seven individuals approached the victim as he walked into Inwood Hill Park, punching and kicking him to the ground before stealing his cellphone, sunglasses and two gold chains. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital with minor injuries to his head and knee.
Another 20-year-old victim was robbed while delivering food inside of 86 Thayer Street on Feb. 15, police said. Four individuals approached the victim with two of them displaying knives while the other two took the man’s cell phone, headphones, keys and about $330 in cash.
On Feb. 21, at the same Thayer Street location, another delivery man was robbed through similar means. The 49-year-old victim was approached by a group of four displaying knives. The males stole $86 and the food the man was delivering, authorities said.
Surveillance footage captured images of the suspects from some of the attacks and anyone with information in regard to these incidents is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
