NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Krispy Kreme is offering one free original glazed donut if you present your REAL ID at any of its stores on Wednesday.
The Real ID requirement goes into effect on Wednesday marks the official start of needing a REAL ID for domestic air travel and to enter federal buildings and the popular donut company is sweetening the deal for those who have complied.
For New Yorkers looking to upgrade to REAL ID or Enhanced ID appointments can be made at the Department of Motor Vehicles website.
