Andrew Thomas was stopped at a red light on his scooter at the intersection of Clifton Place and Classon Avenue around 1:12 p.m. when Rachel Golden, 45, slammed into him from behind, officials said.

Thomas was thrown from his scooter and pinned underneath the car, but Golden kept driving — dragging him down the road underneath her vehicle, according to the NYPD.

EMS rushed Thomas to New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Police arrested Golden at the scene and charged her with vehicular manslaughter, operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs and driving without a license.

The NYPD Highway District’s Collision Investigation Squad is investigating the incident.
