NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police launched an investigation after a 21-year-old man was fatally shot in the Bronx Wednesday night, authorities said.
Just before 8 p.m. police responded to a 911 call of a man shot at the rear of 4057 Pratt Ave. in Eastchester.
Upon arrival, officers observed Nicholas Lewis with a gunshot wound to his chest.
EMS responded and transported the aided male to NYC Health and Hospitals/Jacobi, where he was pronounced dead.
There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing at this time.
