NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The NYPD released a video late Monday night of a female suspect they are looking to identify in connection to a stabbing that occurred aboard a Brooklyn Q train Sunday night.
The incident occurred on Sunday, August 15, at approximately 11:25 p.m., aboard a southbound Q train as it approached the Avenue U subway station in Gravesend, officials said.
According to police, the suspect stabbed a 27-year-old man with a knife multiple times in the torso, back, and arm.
She then walked off the train at the Avenue U station and fled to the street, authorities said.
The victim suffered puncture wounds and was transported to Coney Island Hospital by EMS in stable condition.
